Luanne Hespeler, MPAS, PA-C

MEET LUANNE

Luanne Hespeler, MPAS, PA-C, is an experienced physician assistant with 38 years in clinical practice. She earned her undergraduate degree from Gannon University and completed her advanced training at the University of Nebraska. Since becoming a physician assistant in 1988, Luanne has built a diverse career spanning surgery, intensive care, hematology and oncology, dermatology, and aesthetic medicine. At Southern Dermatology, she combines deep clinical expertise with a passion for helping patients look and feel their best. 

Luanne specializes in the treatment of acne, psoriasis, and skin cancer, and also offers advanced aesthetic services including neuromodulators, hyaluronic acid fillers, Sculptra, and laser resurfacing. She has been recognized as an SDPA Diplomate Fellow and was named Best of the Best in Dermatology in 2021, 2022, and 2023, as well as Best Facial Cosmetics in 2023. A member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Associates, Luanne is especially passionate about helping young adults build confidence through healthier skin.
